April 2009 abandoned factory, Warsaw, Praga district Built 1869. At the beginning they produced lamps there. After the First World War, the production of chemicals started. Then a fatty industry began and things like soaps and washing powders were produced. Some people still call that place a Schicht factory - because of the name of it in that period of time. It was the biggest factory in the area then.
